What we collect
Information you submit in a quote request (such as name, company, phone, email, location, and details about your space), calls to our tracked phone numbers (which may be recorded), and basic analytics data such as pages viewed, referring site, and campaign parameters. We store a one-way hash of your IP address for spam prevention, not the address itself.
How we use it
To get your request to the independent local companies who may quote or handle it, to follow up about your request, to measure and improve the service, and to prevent spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
Independent cooling rental providers and contractors who may quote your job, and service providers that help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, call tracking). When a local company takes on your request, it may pay us a referral fee for that job. We do not sell or share your information with data brokers, advertisers, or marketing lists.
Your choices
To ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you, reply to any message from us or use the contact details on this site.
